I had already seen the pictures prior to making my comments, so I have nothing to add. While there are lots of good, detail pictures, the one thing that is lacking is an overall, drive side picture....

Welcome to the forums. Based on the serial number it was manufactured in 1962 or 1972 and I'm leaning towards the latter based on the serial number format and location. The non-original components...
