30 miles and rear wheel is making weird noises. I just had them trued a week ago. I think they may need to be looked at again. It sounds as if the spokes are rubbing against each other. Bad tension...

Second this one. Also if you are layering socks you need larger shoes so the layers do not restrict the circulation don't just cram your feet in there and hope it will work.

Birthday ride a day early

I rode my birthday ride a day early due to rain in the forecast for tomorrow.

Here is the ride in Garmin http://connect.garmin.com/activity/120736202 it was a 63 mile ride for a 59 year old guy....

I would agree, looks like he is standing calling in something. Maybe bike is/was evidence of sort after an accident? Seems unnatural looking to me.
