I have not had the chance to kick my leg over a Sei Giorni so I have no input there. But I do have a Vig and its a nice bike. I believe its going to have a more relaxed geo compared to that Bianchi....

I second the fact that the Bianchi will have a higher re-sale value. I hate the unicrown fork on my pista too. The only problem is finding a lugged fork with the same rake as the stock Pista.
