well it's just that I wanted to know if anyone else have seen this bike about so I can maybe get a Manuel on it. yes I know said about it being noisy. but that's obvious wear and tear as its an old...

I have this old electric bike, made by Phillips which I believe was made by Raleigh. But I cant seem to find any info about it, or a Manuel. since i bought it 4 years ago, which it had lead acid...
