I guess I saw a 'cheater' on my last ride... a peloton went by and a big dude was bringing up the rear on one of those huge, knobby-tired upright ebikes. I don't see the point but... whatever.

I think the rules are more descriptive of the boundaries before it makes more sense to simple create a new specie or genre --e.g., ebikes are literally......
