I found a couple images online and at beat it looks like a black grommet in there.

Weird huh?

The did have fittings for either rear disc or rear v types. No disc fitting for the front. Odd, that's where I would want a disc.

I carry a foot or so of Velcro tape. Besides its other uses, I can wrap around my rear wheel and seat stay. Bike ain't going nowhere and hopefully no one is sticking around to cipher it out.
