Thinking it maybe a useful tool whilst also using Strava to monitor milage.

Cheers just ordered one, makes me wonder if I should have got a better cassette rather than the cheap one, can always upgrade and keep it as a spare, I have 2 bikes running an 11-36.

Took the top three cogs spider off the Ultegra and replaced them with the top three...

Over 50 Double or Triple Crankset

Hi First post.
I'm nearly 56 and just swapped from mountain bikes to road.
I built my own bike up based around an Ultrgra 6800 double 11 speed crankset.
Cassette is 11 - 32
