It's overcast today but I'll try to get a pic for tomorrow. I still need to do some work on that front derailleur which is not as smooth as it should be. Hopefully it can be tuned properly...

Ahhh, so this is normal behavior for a 3X8 speed configuration and it's just a matter of giving it that extra click? I didn't know that. Thought it might be faulty. Thanks for the info.
