The bike was redesigned in 2013, easy way to spot the difference is the older versions have an integrated seatpost with a topper.
Otherwise, basically the same from 13 up, just color changes.

i bought an extra seatpost for my track elite... although it didn't come with any hardware to mount the saddle. I've gathered the saddle rail clamps themselves are the Ritchey WCS, but I'm not sure...
