Not sure what chart you're looking at but the size large has a 52cm seat tube and a 55cm top tube measured center-to-center. That's pretty wacky when compared to traditional track geometry.

The Rush has tight track geometry and uses a 1" threaded headset & quill stem, and the Tutto is all stretched...
