Same frame as all the other districts expect the carbon. The 3rd has a chain rather than belt and thats about it really. I've ridden the District and like the bike. It is comfortable and fun.

Well gyeswho makes me lean toward the swallow, but my s-t-b drop is mild (to me) and it sounds like the swift is better for that. So I'm still debating. Leaning a little more to a swallow I think.

Yeah I got some promax about a year ago for around 175 and have loved them sense. Only had a problem with the rear hub, sometimes it tightens itself up and seizes. Not sure why, but its an easy fix....
