I won’t have any perspective since I’m new at this but the Hutchinson nitro reviews I read made them out to be horrible. From mtb I know that you don’t cheap out on tubes tires or brake pads.

I would have thought good tires would be a non negotiable. The reviews I see of the nitro tires make it seem like they aren’t worth the hassle / risk

I went to a renowned local bikefitter. I am going to try a Blue Andaz or a Blue Prosecco SP. I am leaning towards the prosseco which is a bit more relaxed geometry and disc brakes.

I didn’t notice but they don’t have any Sora bikes in a typical road bike. I guess the vent noir kinda stands out unless I want to up the budget.
