Sugino 75 cranks will work fine on a Hatta 9400 bottom bracket. Make sure it is 109mm, because they made other configurations as well.

I wear size 44 shoes, need large clips to get my feet in the right position on the pedals. Those pedals actually came with small clips, which put the ball of my foot behind the pedal cage.
