I’m riding for a cause on Friday.

Yesterday I went on a 40 mile ride which was a big deal to me before and still is now but I keep thinking about Friday... Friday will be my first 100 miles in a day, but I’ll be riding for Autism....

I used a brand called Propel, think Gatorade owns...

I used a brand called Propel, think Gatorade owns them but they make electrolytes powder with no carbs which was great on keto and especially when I did get the keto flu.
