OMG! First ride after about a 3 month lay-off!...

OMG! First ride after about a 3 month lay-off! Have gained about 15 lbs and gotten out of condition. Paid a heavy price. Back to discipline and schedule!

Did 20 on a pretty good loop. Didn't get started til noon. Was pretty warm (93) and kinda windy. Had to stop twice, legs were a little weak. Think an earlier rides in order tomorrow, looking for 103.

Did a 17.2 loop in the country here in west Texas. Really humid but cool temps. 15 mph wind. Great ride today.

Easter in West Texas

Got a great ride in this morning! 17 miles great views in the desert in Ft Stockton Tx.
Nothing smells as good as the desert in the am!

17.5 this am. Cool (41) and windy (15 out of north). Rode out around the lake and some great scenery. Last third was into the wind nada great challenge.
