I rode 60 miles in the local mountains today. One of the racer girls is pregnant 5+ months and so she has slowed but still does the climbs. A beautiful day up there.

I did a charity century today and it was freakin' windy. 7000 feet of climbing and the wind was so strong on one flat section that people were walking. It was hard to keep the bike moving forward....

Very warm here and I did a century with some people who are too fast for me, plus it was windy all day and there was 6000 feet of climbing. I drank at least 180 ozs and still came home 5 pounds light.

Perfect weather here, too. We did about 75 miles with 8000 feet, including a 4 mile 15% grind. Felt pretty good on the bike.
