It is a Zimbale. I like the bag. I had hoped on running a handlebar bag, but the bike handles horribly with them. I love the Jones bars.

Actually it is not much of a problem here. Most of our "mud" is actually glacial silt. Goopy and slick as snot, but it does not clump up like clay-based mud from the lower 48. I have run fenders...
