i have the 19's and i would buy from williams again, but i think i'd get the 30's, the 19's aren't very stiff, but i think that is mainly due to the 20mm kinlin rim, i hear the 30mm is a lot stronger

aslong as it's not rubbing against the frame you're ok, it should go from the plastic through the frame to the fd without touching the frame
