for $600 you can get some very nice, hand built Hed Belgiums or Easton R90SL...

Taking caad12 as a reference, the frame is 1048g, a decent fork like ENVE 2.0 are ~350g, give or take a few.
So that Bowman could not possibly at 1260g with fork included.
