On mine its a 53/39 in front and 12/25 in the back. The brakes are fine after I swapped out the pads. Fantastic bang for the buck bike.

From the second vid, it looks like your elbows are locked. Try relaxing your shoulders and bend your elbows more. Getting a bit lower will rotate your hips forward a bit.

The app I use is Cyclelog. No gps. just a way for me to keep track plus it emails the info to me whenever I get home. Works out well as my net provider
has a ton of hotspots along my route.

Wow! Just got to the end of this thread and man, those are some hot bikes! Here`s my new bike. It`s a Gavin Acele. Only about two hundred miles on it but lovin it so far!
