Looks good to go to me. The thru axle will only thread in one way. The external nubs mate with the cups on the trainer. I don't see how you could not install it correctly.

From what I understand with Wahoo, you can't get a separate field for battery level, but it will alert when the battery needs to be charged. I haven't seen the alert yet.
