I love mine. Very comfy. I have a bushel basket of rejects to compare it to. Dont need padded shorts. Only downside is the. price. Still though, for me, worth it.

That can be fixed, no biggie. Needs a overlay patch. Can be stressed relieved with a torch. Btw, I'm a retired MIL spec qualified welder, 40 + years running my own shop. Find the right guy.

Wm's and simular big box stores I lock my bike between the outer and inner doors. There is all ways some sort of rack or something to lock up to. I never ask and have never been spoken to.

I carry a delorme (now garmin) inreach while wilderness hiking. Works great. Im able to text nightly with my wife so she knows im not being eaten by bears. The SOS function is comforting too....

A mechanics diagnostic stethoscope is cheap. 10 bucks on amazon. I use one frequently. Go for a bumpy ride and scope the shock and frame. Should be able to isolate where your noise is coming from.

Happened to me once. Center punching a 3 foot high 8 foot dia concrete landscaping planter definitely caused the front wheel to stop very suddenly.
