I think you are running your front tire in the wrong direction. Chevrons should face forward and not backwards on the front tire

From what I have heard you can run 85mm arms with regular levers, which have too high of an MA for for v brakes, but the new tektros upped it to 95mm and the one person I know that runs them uses...

how is your fit on that bike. I dont have all the details, but that negative saddle to handlebar drop, and the extremely low seat indicate that that bike may not fit you too well.
