Today I took a nice little ride to my LBS and picked up some Stan's. I fixed some flats then said goodbye to an old friend (my Gunnar Rockhound). Now I only have one bike, wtf.

I'd probably just go with a classic black bartape, it doesn't stand out but it always looks good. Also I'd probably choose something else for the cranks. As for the saddle, comfort trumps style...

I'm going to check out these two bikes this weekend. They are both being offered for $1600 (I suspect he'd take 1500). Both bikes were meticulously cared for but the Merlin still is rolling older...
