52 mile ride with my son. Rode the Folsom South Canal north, around Lake Natoma and back. My longest ride so far this year and I was feeling it.

5/15/10 - 31 mile ride along the ARBT with my sons. I treated them to breakfast at Scott's on the river. Cruised over to the capitol to check out the Amgen TOC set up. Nice day.
