Started my several times a week 'exercise ride'...

Started my several times a week 'exercise ride' which is about 10 miles...have not ridden today yet, but will get out this evening.

Rode several days this week, has to be early in the morning while it is still 'cool' enough.. did a little over 10 today before had to get to work

Also took out early this morning for a heart starting ride...just wanted to get the early morning routine started now that the sun is making light earlier in the day...

11/14...rode yesterday and today. Yesterday was a little warmer, almost 60 I think, but today I had to dress a little warmer, was below 50... ...but I got my exercize and got the heart moving.

rode to work this morning, then to post office...

rode to work this morning, then to post office and back and will ride home...that will be my exercize for the day...unless I go to the kids 'back to school' swim party tonight.
