It was good thing maybe that your bottle holder broke and not frame? Plastic cage is bendable like carbon fiber if you wish cheaper.

If your bike is carbon, it is best to use a carbon bottle holder. A metal holder will damage your frame when accident happen because it does not itself break.

Thank you for the information on Voler. Yes, they seem to indicate, some of their faster jerseys have the SPF fabric on just the shoulder and arm panel areas.

I did find Morvelo which shows spf30 for most of their jerseys. I don't want or sometimes hard to reach to put lotion all over my back if I don't have to. I think many jerseys have sun protection...
