i believe they are Planet bike full ATB for 26". The planet bike website shows they fit up to 1.9" but the tires are sized 2.125". It's a tight fit!

It seems like the older brakes actually pivoted on the studs while the newer ones have a pivot built into the brake and just mount to the studs instead. The bike is at work so I'll have to check it...
