Spinerval DVD's do really good at that.. Becareful though, focus on the interval ones, not the big power ones or else you'll kill your legs..

is a small strip mall with a huge parking lot and not many occupants at that, so I don't know why that would be a problem with probably over 200 parking spaces, where as the beach has only maybe 50.....

Icyhot will keep the muscles going, vasaline will keep the wet and cold out.. Works good for me and it's super cheap.. Just think, how much vasaline and icy hot can you buy for 17.00? :D

Here she is with the training wheels. I plan on racing on Ksyrium SL tubulars.. Full Ultegra 10 speed, shifts better than my DA 9 speed did. 46x38 up front with a 12x27 in the rear.

I use a third eye chain watcher, but nothing other than the chain guard. The chain is short, so that keeps some of the tension.
