here's mine, definitely an urban bike, for Montreal all weather duty.
The frame was a good find - 20$ for a 1982 Velo Sport mountain bike, back when mountain bikes were basically 26" touring bikes....

newbeat, that's a nice bike. But you should level your hoods, and put your light on your seatpost :)

You could either keep your bars in the same position and unwrap your bars, move the hoods up...

by the way those brake levers are awesome, I really dig the "flip of the switch" long travel vs. short travel, so useful and it adds a total of like 1 gram
