The new bike is ready for Monday. Nishiki Manitoba.. spent 4 hours at least transferring everything from the Trek and still not done. The butterfly bar and seat (if I don’t like this one) is left.

Seems like always making repairs to it, similar to our Focus! Anything that touches it seems to break. So far had to replace the seat three times, the seat bolt broke once, had to replace the rear...

Changed out the stem to an adjustable one... my neck doesn't get as tired now. My wife told me why don't you just get a new bike? All I could think of was having to buy a new rack, new fenders.. etc...

Wired tied both the mount and light to the basket this time, have to cut the wire tie to change batteries. And used thicker wire ties. If I used anything that stretch would just work itself loose....

I think the bike I ride daily is also a small and I guess what you a consider a woman's. No complaints and seems to fit me well also.. have a 32 inseam. And I agree about the higher bar.
