tow package

I need a tow package on that thing, cause I carry my bikes on the outside with one of those bike racks that plugs into the tow package... They're too dirty to put inside the car...

Anyone know what type of derailleur this is or what brand. It looks like there's a "T" on the logo. The front Derailleur is a Suntour XR300. This is a work in progress so mind the grime and dirt.:o

Current Rear sprocket in question. it says dnp ly-1008 kf index (I don't know if this is the correct one or not) the bike was a hand me down. That's why I'm starting the research from the Chainrings....
