I started June at 175, July at 225 and I'm going to set the bar a lot higher for August trying to do 300. I had a lot of things happen this year and I just haven't rode the bike as much as I wanted....

My goal in June was 150 and I did 170. I'm going to work harder in July and try for 225 miles. It feels good to get riding the bike again after a rough start of the year.

January 8-14 report was able to get on the bike 1 day for 12 miles and 139.9 on my exercise bike for a total of 151.9 miles. Not going to do much riding at all next 7 days going to visit my grandkids...
