My road bike was originally a flat bar model, with full tiagra 4600 2x10 (50/34t) and tiagra sl-4600 trigger shifters.

Thanks all. I have an advantage over genuine one handed cyclists in that my prosthetic allows me to hold bars with two hands, but controls have to be all right hand.
