I'm going to try the topeak, hopefully it'll be good enough. Hirame/Hiro heads show up on eBay every once in a while, maybe I'll get lucky.

Any tips for getting a "crack pipe" adapter to hold onto a valve so I can pump with both hands?

I'm currently using one of the common brass ones and it's kind of impossible to get high pressure...
