I feel like some of their customer service is...

I feel like some of their customer service is bad, they act like they know nothing or their response are ill-researched. So what I did was stop talking to that person and re email Customer service......

Awesome, Thanks. I was looking at the Giant TCR/Defy series as well. Heard some good stuff on the cannondale as well. I was looking into a Roubaix as well, but the 2019 version because of its upgrade.
