I suspect it will work, but that said you may have better functioning if you got a 10 speed Shimano crank rather than an 11 speed. You can likely find them on ScamBay at a reasonable price.

I suspect it will work ok with a 10 speed Shimano chain. If your RD has a short cage it may not like the larger 32t cassette in back.

Driveway. Spray drivetrain and chain with citrus degreaser. Use dawn liquid or similar to wash. It may not be perfect but reasonable.

Yeah, at a certain point it makes sense to just drink the kool-aid and go on Zwift. For me it's about 10F or snow/ice covered roads. I don't have studly tires like some people....
