I have a pair of the RedWhite bibs, and they’re great. I’d call them high-end, though you can get a pair for $110 or so right now.
I just ordered a second set yesterday.

The pads can be removed. The plastic thing just needs a firm pull to remove from the helmet body, which will release the padding.
It will just snap into place when you reinstall it.

I also picked up a 2019 Roubaix Comp Di2 this spring when they were running a 20% off sale. It’s a great bike and I have no regrets.
I’ve put 1500 miles on it so far with no issues.

Thanks for the feedback. I figure almost any brand will be a real step up from what Iím using. I ordered a pair of them (the RedWhite) last night for $92, so weíll see how they are in a couple weeks.
