I get ‘em too. I think the helmet has a lot to do with it. Even the slight pressure of a baseball cap will give me a headache after awhile.

I’m 5’9” with a 32” cycling inseam and ride a 54 CAAD8.

I’m going to be changing to a 52cm for the shorter head tube / lower drop.

I also think stems of 110 and up handle better than a long TT...
