My 2015 Supersix Evo looks just like that and I've never had a problem with rubbing. FWIW, I use Continental Grand Prix 4000 S2 700x25 clinchers on 22.4mm and 24mm rims. Original owner, no wrecks.

3,4,5, and 6mm Allen wrenches should cover your needs. I've found that plastic tire irons break easily, so IMO it pays to buy a pair with metal cores.
