Hand pain

Hello all. I'm 60, been riding
​​​​pain free for all of my life. Lately on any ride over 10-15 miles I get a lot of pain and tingling in my hands. I'm riding single speed with drops. Any advice?

OK thanks to everyone, got the QR from the LBS for $9, contacted the web site and told them I understand the wheel comes without the QR and the only problem I had was not knowing I would need it....

Every wheel I ever used had a threaded bolt extending past the DOs that you put a nut on to hold the wheel. This one does not.

Can't mount Aerospoke

Got my new front Aerospoke delivered today but it has an axle like I've never seen. When you place it on the fork it leaves nothing to screw the nuts onto to hold it in place. Am I missing something?
