Moderate intensity at best, say average speed 14-17mph. My cadence is usually averaging low 70's. Pretty flat terrain on the trails with an occasional bridge or gradual 6-9 grade.

You'd be better off looking at the Trekz version which is sweat resistant, the Bluez are not and seem to be getting complaints after a while they fail due to sweat. Pretty much same design...
