I test removed it with my circlip pliers

I believe I can remove it with my circlip pliers. I tested it once. Haven't attempted yet.

Amazing flat washer from my Dad's 1940's unidentified French Frame

I was following RJ the bike guy's advice to soak old rusted parts in Apple Cider Vinegar. Threw in some original Lefol daruma screws, nuts, random bolts and washers.

There are cable stops on the right chain stay.

Ya. that was me. Got a little crazy with the belt sander. I'm gonna paint it again someday. I really wanted to reveal the lettering in the metal stamp and confirm what I was seeing through the paint....
