Those are good runs, although the noise of fast moving traffic is a bit uninspiring. 123 from Fx City to Occquan is a decent ride and if you descend into the park, you have a nice grind climbing...

The strap is to "lock" the bike and uses the standard Yakima lock cylinders. I usually don't leave my bike on the car unattended so I rarely have to lock it.
