I overslept on Saturday. Went to sneak out yesterday but the gears kept slipping. Looks like my chain is getting jammed in the rear derailler. I must have jacked it when I fixed a flat the other day.

My ride sucked this weekend. My legs and glutes were not feeling good, got to the bottom of baldy and pushed on up but my legs said no. Will try again maybe next weekend if it's cooler.

You can only import .gpx, .tcx, and .fit files to strava. I don't think Dailymile let's you export the data though, not tried it before but dont recall seeing anything in Dailymile to do so.
