I've cleaned it up but haven't attempted yet to adjust the bottom bracket that got a little loose on the long ride I did a couple of weeks ago. The longhorn barends are on the other (silver) Marin.

Do you get the impression that most of the hybrid riders have never used their vehicles for transportation? It does seem that way sometimes, but you can commute and still post in Hybrids. :) I do.

I have seen brakes mounted that way on MTB forks, but in this case the fork is installed backwards, which reverses the fork's offset. Not a good idea.
