Banged up but hot and doesn't leak.

Hmmm... that sounds odd.. anyway.. Not to bad for bouncing down a paved street from about 30 mph! I sanded down the rough spots on the plastic and have been using it for several days.. still doesn't...

Yes, the Urban-X comes with fenders, rack, chain guard ring, Brooks knock off seat (not leather), CroMo frame, machined rims, etc. It's the best deal I have come across for a commuter bike.
