I have been using Pearl Izumi's cyclone gloves. I have been out in the 30's with 20+mph winds and my hands have never been cold in them. Tight fitting as well. I would recommend them.

+1 on making sure the LeMond fits. I love mine, but it did fit differently than the comparable Trek I looked into at the time. Also, for what it is worth, I am 6'4" and I ride the 61cm.
