The 25" bike is about a 62cm frame, at 5'9 your going to be looking for a 54ish (21") size frame unless you have really long legs and arms and no torso.

I would check if your work is part of the cycle to work scheme first you can get a much nicer bike for about the same money that way.

I bought basically the same bike to that one in 2008 still use...
