They are kinda old but this is my backup bike, I would estimate maybe only 10k miles on them. I canít tell if the friction is in FD or cable outside shifter or inside shifter. Sigh.

Had a good ride. FD refused to drop to little ring only once, about 30 mins into ride, which is an improvement but still a nuisance. It completed the shift after about 10 seconds.
